The injury (a fractured pedal bone) required a full cycle rehabilitation plan and care; from box rest through to her return ready to ride again. Marston Stud initially took her on box rest and then devised a programme that included the water treadmill, small restricted turnout and then individual field turnout; liaising with vets and specialist farriers throughout and adapting her care and programme accordingly. Everything was done to make sure she had exactly the care she needed. They would be my first choice if I ever need my horse to be looked after again.”
